Worry is something nearly all of us deal with. It can ruin a day, make simple things seem impossible, and add that unwanted stress!! During our horse therapy sessions stress seems to be something very distant, but here are some things you can do anytime to help get rid of Worry :)
- Ask yourself right now if you can do something about it.
- Block out “worry time."
- Realize that worrying is a choice and do something better with your time.
- Flood a piece of paper with your worries.
- Identify the deeper threats behind your worries and instead work on those.
- Feel your feelings.
- Participate in physical activity.
- Practice regular self-care.
- See a therapist.
